Babeisberg Palace and Park: Built in the early 19th century, this palace's architectural style is neo-gothic. William I lived here for half of a century. In 1841, the unique additions were made to the palace. The Flatow Tower was built during 1853 and 1856 and is a favorite stop for tourists.

New Garden and Cecilienhof Palace: This palace, which took 3 three years to build, was completed in 1917. The architect of this impressive palace was Noble Hohenzollern It was initially inhabited by Crown Prince William and his wife, Cecile von Mecklenburg-Schwerin, and during WWII, it was used to host the Potsdam Conference, a conference put on by the Allied forces.

Sanssouci Palace and Park: This was the summer home of Frederick the Great which includes an impressive vineyard. There are other palaces nearby, though not as big, such as the New Chambers, the Chinese House and the Charlottenhof Palace.

Charlottenburg Palace and Park: This is a fabulous and spacious palace, beautifully decorated and home to many high end art pieces. Built near the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries, it was designed to be the summer abode of the Queen Sophie Charlotte, the wife of Frederick III. There is also a very well kept park on the premises. Visitors should be sure to stop by the tea house and the mausoleum.

Peacock Island: Peacock Island is a smaller white palace that was built in 1794 and is often described as quaint. Visitors can only access the island by ferry. On the northern part of the island, you will be able to visit a gothic style, dairy farm. The garden portion of the island was landscaped by Lenne, a top garden designer.

Palace Kopenick: This palace is three stories. It can be found on Palace Isle. There is a park surrounding the main structure. There are many fabulous ceiling paintings and stucco works. The palace is furnished with rococo furniture.
